Essie Belle: Perfect!

If anything, the pictures in this listing don't do the apartment justice. We stayed there for 10 days, and it was a wonderful sanctuary at the beginning and end of each day -- and a lovely place for the cocktail hour. The location couldn't be more ideal. Within an easy walk of the Uffizzi, the Pitti Palace, S. Lorenzo market, L'Accademia, Piazza Santo Spirito, and many fabulous restaurants -- we especially loved Al Tranvai (Piazza Torquato Tasso), Osteria de Cinghale Bianco (across the street and a few blocks west of the apartment), Mamma Gina (also across the street and just west), Osteria Antica Mescita San Niccolò (just a few blocks east of the apt.), Trattoria 4 Leoni (near Pitti Palace). The nearby grocery store (blue awnings -- name escapes me) has a pretty good wine selection -- and you can't go wrong with the Chianti Classico's. Beautiful cheeses also -- as well as anything else you might need. Alessandra is a doll. So organized, efficient, reliable, and FUN. I would, without hesitation, recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Florence. And, if I'm ever fortunate enough to visit Florence again, I'll definitely be landing at this apartment!!

Joaniemaria: The perfect apartment in the perfect location!

This apartment was presented very well in both the description and photos - there were no disappointments. We were shocked with how spacious it is - as sometimes photos are deceiving The apartment was clean; rooms very comfortable; well stocked kitchen. The views are beautiful, and easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions. Alessandra was very helpful - both prior to our arrival (in emails) and when we arrived - showing us around the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and look forward to my next visit!

Hideto H.: Perfect location, perfect season
We fully enjoyed autumn in Florence with nice weather, clear all over our 6-day stay, with much help by Alessandra in retrieving the lost baggage from the airport etc. The location is more than perfect for going around in the historic central Florence, which made our second stay in Florence very fruitful and up-to-plan. The apartment is fully equipped in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, even with very convenient ready-to-use PC and printer. Many times of to-and-fro every day on the Borgo San Jacopo just in front of this location made us feel this town is truly our home, so we like to RETURN back shortly.

Terry J.: Alessandra made our trip memorable

I read the review of Erin and she is absolutely right. It is hard to add to her review but I will try. The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the busy hub of high-end shops and of course the Ponte Vecchio. Across the bridge is the best restaurant we personally tried Trattoria Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and it contributed in large measure to our falling in love with Florence. The Accademia Museum, Piazzale Michelangelo, Palazzo Pitti, the shopping, the food, the wine...We are planning to return. Just wandering the streets was delightful and sitting in the living room looking at the lights on the River Arno and listening to live music were highlights. What could be better. Added to that was Alessandra, so friendly and helpful. I felt as if I had known her for a long time, even when we first met. She arranged transportation for us back to the train station when we had to leave which we so appreciated as taxis are hard to come by. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Erin C.: Favourite stay in Italy

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. From the moment you walk in the lobby you are left with a fabulous impression. The location of this apartment, really just cannot be beat. You can almost touch the ponte vecchio, you are so close to the restaurants and shops, and a 1min walk to a huge supermarket, full of everything you could need. The rooms are gorgeous including the living area, but the view... The view is just spectacular. It truly is jaw-dropping and we loved just watching the goings on on the river Arno. The rooms and baths were both a great size. The views as shown in the pictures from the bedroom and the living area are exactly as pictured. Incredible! Alessandra, the owner, was amazing to deal with, super friendly and full of good advice. We highly recommend a trip up to Piazzale Michelangelo for the most gorgeous view of Florence, if you're up for the climb to the top of the Duomo that's a gorgeous view too! The David is amazing and the best gelato is 2 bridges away, Ponte Alla Carraia, same side of the river... Amazing!! Do not hesitate to book this apartment!!
